At the age of 26 Richard Dougan became a household name in his native Ireland when he organised and led the successful 2003 Everest Expedition, enduring freak storms, supply disasters and personal hardship - yet always putting the team before himself.  Since then he has established a UK wide reputation as an excellent motivational speaker.
